Laura Daulton
Executive Assistant
Laura’s Texas roots instilled in her a deep appreciation for the things that matter most in life: family, taking pride in what you do, unwavering morals, good manners, firm faith in what you believe in, and that southern hospitality you just can’t find anywhere else.
Born and raised in Houston, “Don’t Mess With Texas” will forever remain a part of Laura’s outlook on life. She’s proud to be a Texan and carries that pride wherever she goes. Growing up surrounded by people who work hard for what they have, Laura spent most of her adolescence in sports, mostly basketball. She then went on to continue her athletic and academic career at Utah State University.
Laura graduated from Utah State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She continued her education by receiving a Master of Business Administration from East Texas Baptist University. Her love of sports remained a mainstay in her younger years and provided a career path for her future. While obtaining her Master’s Degree, she began coaching college basketball at ETBU. Once she graduated, she was honored to take an assistant coach position on the United States Air Force Academy Women’s Basketball staff. After serving the cadets in Colorado, she took a position back in East Texas at LeTourneau University, where she had been before joining our Big Sky Bravery team.
A newcomer to the Montana lifestyle and all it has to offer, she’s looking forward to life in the mountains after growing up in Texas. She’s a big Cats fan and enjoys being a part of it while supporting her longtime boyfriend, who is on the MSU football coaching staff. The blessing of being in a beautiful place like Montana, surrounded by people who all remain focused on one fantastic mission, is not lost on her.
