In October 2023, Big Sky Bravery was nominated and won the Bozeman Professional Women’s Award for Employer of the Year! The “Employer of the Year” Award recognizes employers who have demonstrated, through their policies and actions, a commitment to the development and advancement of women in the workplace.

Big Sky Bravery’s Director of Marketing, Allyson Keller, spearheaded the nomination process, going through a series of interviews with the BPW team. She had the honor of accepting the award at the event, giving a speech, and supporting the many other females in the room.
